Nanoule 계정과 관련 데이터를 삭제하는 방법을 안내합니다.How to delete your Nanoule account and associated data.

앱에서 직접 삭제하기Delete from the app

  1. Nanoule 앱을 엽니다.Open the Nanoule app.
  2. 홈 화면 우측 상단의 설정(⚙️)으로 이동합니다.Go to Settings (⚙️) at the top right of the home screen.
  3. 계정 섹션에서 계정 삭제를 선택합니다.In the Account section, tap Delete account.
  4. 안내 메시지를 확인하고 삭제를 확정합니다.Read the confirmation prompt and confirm deletion.
삭제되는 정보: 계정 식별자·프로필, 기기/푸시 토큰 등 개인 식별 정보가 삭제됩니다. 그룹에 공유된 지출 기록은 다른 구성원의 정산 정확성을 위해 유지될 수 있으나, 더 이상 회원님의 계정과 연결되지 않습니다.What gets deleted: your account identifier, profile, and device/push tokens. Expenses you shared in a group may remain for other members' settlement accuracy, but are no longer linked to your account.

이메일로 삭제 요청하기Request deletion by email

앱에 접근할 수 없는 경우, 아래 이메일로 가입에 사용한 계정 정보와 함께 삭제를 요청해 주세요. 본인 확인 후 처리해 드립니다.If you can't access the app, email us from (or with) the account you signed up with and request deletion. We'll process it after verifying your identity.

처리 기간: 요청 확인 후 영업일 기준 통상 7일 이내. 법령상 보존이 필요한 정보는 해당 기간 동안 보관 후 파기됩니다.Timeline: typically within 7 business days of verification. Data we're legally required to retain is kept for the required period, then deleted.
