How to delete your Nanoule account and associated data.

Delete from the app

  1. Open the Nanoule app.
  2. Go to Settings (⚙️) at the top right of the home screen.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of Settings and tap Delete Account.
  4. Read the confirmation prompt and confirm deletion.
What gets deleted: your account identifier, profile, and device/push tokens. Expenses you shared in a group may remain for other members' settlement accuracy, but are no longer linked to your account.

Request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, email us from (or with) the account you signed up with and request deletion. We'll process it after verifying your identity.

Timeline: typically within 7 business days of verification. Data we're legally required to retain is kept for the required period, then deleted.
