1. The service
Nanoule is a tool that records group expenses and calculates settlements. We do not process payments or transfer money; any actual money movement happens directly between users.
2. Accounts
You may create an account via Kakao login and are responsible for your account and activity. Do not provide false information or use others' information without permission.
3. Your content
You retain rights to the content you enter (expenses, memos, images). You must have the right to post and share it, and you agree that information shared in a group is visible to its members.
4. Acceptable use
- Violating laws or others' rights.
- Disrupting the service, unauthorized access, or reverse engineering.
- Distributing malware or impersonating others.
5. Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided "as is." We provide settlement figures for reference only and are not responsible for disputes or losses between users arising from exchange rates or input errors. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
6. Changes & termination
We may modify or discontinue parts or all of the service. You may stop using it at any time by deleting your account in the app.
7. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Changes & governing law
We may update these terms and will post changes here. These terms and the service are governed by KoreaCount's policies and applicable law.
